Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Chief marketing site and waitlist. Chief is a pre-launch product; today the only information we collect here is what you give us to join the waitlist.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store the email address you enter and, optionally, the business type you select. We also record basic technical context with your signup — the page you came from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed — to understand which channels reach founders like you. We use privacy-preserving product analytics to measure how the page performs in aggregate.

How we use it

We use your email only to contact you about early access to Chief and related product updates. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who processes it

Your signup is stored with our database provider and, when we email you, handled by our email delivery provider. Both act as processors on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention & your choices

We keep waitlist entries until we launch or until you ask us to remove yours. To access or delete your information at any time, email hello@meetchief.appand we'll take care of it.
